I'm excited, but I didn't see anything that needed any comment - it
solves all the problems that I could think of off-hand, and is
especially relevant to what I'm interested in (i.e. long cycle routes,
and the problem of creating many different ways for a single street
when only one little section needs an ncn_ref tag).
