Well obviously I don't agree with that consensus. But I also don't
agree with the consensus that ways should be build out of sequential
segments, so what do I know!

But isn't it ironic that part of the reason of introducing entities
is to solve problems introduced by removing segments or limiting
ways to be a strictly sequential list of segments?
