[OSM-dev] Error creating new JOSM plugin directory in SVN

I am trying to create a new folder 'duplicateway' in /applications/editors/josm/plugins' so that I can commit my completed plugin to the repository, but I am getting the following error:

OPTIONS request failed on '/applications/editors/josm/plugins'
Processing OPTIONS request response failed: Content is not allowed in prolog. (/applications/editors/josm/plugins) 


Any ideas?

Can someone else try this for me and see if it works? I was able to create a directory for the lakewalker plugin last week with no problems.
