[OSM-dev] UK coastline borked

Hi,
I rerendered a new version of the experimental t at h lowzoom of the UK at z8-11.

Some z8 tiles still have problems with the coast and sea. When I looked at one of the tiles, kleptog noticed that the coastline there is broken.
This is tile: 1991, 1358 around pembroke
