Have you experimented with uploading more than one at a time in
different threads? How much speed increase (or loss) did that produce?

Any chance we could put some of this info into munin graphs? The obvious
choices of things to put are uploads/second and one of the total %
complete indicators (perhaps ways). It might be nice to have a total %
complete of in progress counties as well. Obviously this total would
drop 100% every time a county completes.

It seems to have slowed a bit - it now says 1.06 years. I hope this
slowdown doesn't increase too much.
