[OSM-dev] UTF-8 problems in informationfreeway?

Hi,

the following node:

http://www.openstreetmap.org/api/0.5/node/25869820/history

seems to be correct in all of its three revisions, but if I fetch the same
node from the osmxapi,

http://www.informationfreeway.org/api/0.5/node[place=city][bbox=29.4,38.6,29.5,38.7]

the second character of the city name is broken.
