[OSM-dev] coastline polygons

I've uploaded lastest coastline polygons to 
artem at dev.openstreetmap.org:~/coastline

shoreline.*  - coastline polygons
shoreline_l.* - coastline polylines

du -sh coastline/
212M    coastline/

I'm yet to modify osm.xml to use them.
