Do you have a serial console set up? If the machines have more than one
serial port, each machine could at as a serial console server for the
next - all you would need is a null modem cable for each one.
If you have only one serial port on each machine, you could use USB to
serial cables - put the console on the real serial port, and monitor it
with a USB connection from another machine.
