[OSM-dev] tiles at home users wanted for testing a new version of tilesGen.pl

Hi,

    I have made a lot of cosmetic changes to tilesGen.pl. Instead of 
having everything just scroll along, it now displays one concise status 
line telling you what's happening (and only dumps a subprocess STDERR 
output if that subprocess returned an error code). This is better for 
people running tilesGen in an extra window or under screen; the old 
behaviour, which is suitable for output redirection, can still be 
activated by a config option.

Before I submit the new code to SVN, I'd be happy if some of you could 
just download my version and give it a try, just to make sure that I 
haven't overlooked something important.
