Related to this, what would it take to get the cycle at home layer added to
the tiles at home client? (disabled by default so as not to increase the
load on the already-heavily-loaded tile processor)

Based on the two wiki pages, there is already a good start on how to
render a cycle map, and it would be great to be able to see some live
data with it.
