Unfortunatley that doesn't work when accidentally deleting stuff.

Maybe we just need a 1 min delayed upload. After all, in most cases
one realizes immediately "I shouldn't have done that!". Sometimes even
while hitting the delete button but too late to abort the motion.

Also this could avoid uploading intermediate steps when accidentally
deselecting a way.
