[OSM-dev] [OSM-talk] JOSM goes multi data layer

Hi!
I think a checkbox for "download as new layer" would be great (off by
default). Working with multiple layers is not needed by most people and
it will confuse newbies when they do multiple downloads and cannot
select data from another layer.
