[OSM-dev] The future of sysadmin

It might be wise to consult the people behind wikipedia.
They went through exactly the same growing pain as OSM is in now.
Currently they have a very advanced network of connected servers that
host a huge ammount of load balanced traffic.
Because we are also an Open Initiative, perhaps they are willing to help
us for free.
The most important thing would be to set up a "future safe" plan and
strategy and appoint a person or team to guard it.
