[OSM-dev] Wanted: "Ant" - guy for JOSM plugin build script.

Maybe the first thing would be to add one target with the same name to all 
plugins, which creates the .jar file. Suggestions? I already saw 
	- jar
	- build 
	- dist
So we should decide on one target which is the same for all plugins.
