[OSM-dev] Make all my data public

Hi,

    a guy on the German-language list has just said he'd never "go  
public" because this would also make all his GPS traces public which  
he'd view as infringing on his privacy.

The button is currently named "make all my edits public, forever". It  
is reasonably clear to me that a GPX upload is not an "edit" but it  
seems that there is a potential for msunderstanding. I would suggest  
adding the note:

"This affects any edits you make on OSM data. It does not make your  
GPX tracks public; these can still be set public on a case-by-case  
basis."

Or so.
