I saw you set up a svn repository, but I can't access it. I've just
committed your code to the OSM repository however:

http://trac.openstreetmap.org/browser/applications/utils/import/and2osm

I'll commit some improvements I have later.

It's probably a good idea to use the OSM repository, because if people
make improvements they can commit the code there. Everyone who wants
to hack on it can request an account. I got mine from Nick Hill, but I
don't know if he's still the person who gives out svn accounts?
