Ahh, opps. *me blushes*. right. The proposal is indeed proposing an
independent node in the vincinity. I didn't get it, as proposal and
discussion are heavily overlapping and mixed. Discussions should really
happen independent from the proposal itself in a different section (or
the talk page). This does not excuse my stupidity, though :-).

I still posit that putting a junction_ref/number on the nodes where the
link actually departs from the motorway makes sense, even if that makes
life more complicated for renderers who want to put a single junction
number on a map.
