That sounds like an inkscape error, or the old beziercurvehinting error.

Can you post the entire output from your client, so I can see which
versions of what you're using?

and please also attach the *.stdout and *.stderr files concerned. (you
might want to clear out your $Workdir before re-running the test)

It might also be of interest which tileset your client was working on.
