[OSM-dev] TIGER

What is the status on the latest ruby import code for the TIGER data?  Can
we get it in subversion so we don't have a bunch of different copies
floating around?  I'd be interested in helping out if I can, but I'm new to
Ruby and OSM, so I will have to do a little playing around with it before I
can be useful :)
