I can easily change it, but somebody needs to setup email forwarding
for the relevant addresses first - a job for NickH I assume.

There are actually five different email notifications which are sent
out, three relating to signing up and recovering passwords, and two
relating to GPX import so I don't know if we want one address for all
of them or two different addresses?
