[OSM-dev] Escaping characters in node/way tags

Hi,

If that is true then it is the obligation of the API to quote (and  
unquote) stuff according to its internal needs. I'm sure it is not  
the user's job to think about internal workings of the API and submit  
data in a format deemed suitable!
