[OSM-dev] mappaint enhancement request

I have a couple enhancement request for mappaint :

* would it be possible to draw the areas first then the roads (so that
for instance, service roads going through parkings appear)

* I'd like a way to hide nodes (a toggle toolbar button) as they tend to
clutter the view when doing certain things.

* similarly, there should be a button to hide the arrows instead of
having to go through the preferences
