[OSM-dev] OSM at home - stop the clients!

If anyone's still running OSM at home, or if you're still running WGet 
continuously on the almien website, could you stop those programs, as they 
won't work with the replacement website.

Specifically, people at 217.147.80.6 and 81.169.133.16 seem to be very active 
at the moment. 

The new system just downloads map images from dev.openstreetmap.org, which 
should be much more efficient than running a separate rendering project.
