There are a couple of errors i found when taking a quick glance at the
image.

The A (ا) and L (ل) (of the article Al) are in wrong order everywhere on
the image. For example it should be al-rbat, but it is rendered as
la-rbat (لارباط instead of الرباط)

The word شارع (shar3 which means street) is not rendered correctly. The
sh and A should be connected so instead of ش ا it needs to be شا .
Furthermore the last letter the ain (ع) is rendered as being a hamza (ء)
which is not correct too.

(I hope your mailreader doesn't get confused by the arabic writings here
left-to-right switches and so on ;) ).
