[OSM-dev] FYI: Error: starting josm two times with ywms activated

Hi,

Ideally the ywms plugin should, upon encountering such an error,
display a warning message ("cannot bind to port 8000 [ ] do not show
this message in the future") - for people like Joerg who routinely
work with 4 instances of JOSM in parallel ;-)
