[OSM-dev] Sql Server Parser

SQL Server at the moment, using LINQ to SQL which is super fast. I'm
currently waiting for subversion commit access and once thats in, I'll
let the list know.
Haven't heard of msSQLSpatial, I was waiting for SQL Server 2008. ;)
