[OSM-dev] Downtime

There is going to be a small amount of downtime this afternoon (Thursday
27th September) in the window between 16:00 and 18:00 BST to allow extra
disk space to be attached to the database server.

As this will necessitate powering the database server down to install
a new SCSI card the web site and API will be unavailable for a period
during the above time window.
