[OSM-dev] Osmosis patch for filtering ways

Hi Christoph,

Could you please add documentation to the wiki describing the usage of 
your new tasks?  I've released a new binary version of osmosis which is 
what the wiki is aligned with.  I've documented all of my new tasks but 
I'm not exactly sure how yours works.
