[OSM-dev] Final GSoc EVALUATIONS (STUDENTS AND MENTORS READ!)

Today is GSoC pencil down date. Congratulations to all students and mentors.

Both of you will need to fill in the Final evaluation. This is required so that students and OSM can receive payments from Google.
