[OSM-dev] How to stop "daviddean" to mess up icons?

Hi David!

The icons with the white border look much better than my simple white 
background approach before :-)


Could you limit the size of the icons in the "classic.small" theme to 
16*16 pixels max? This is what all other icons follow in this theme.


The current bench icon looks very dominant in JOSM ;-)
