Ok, here are step by step instructions:
1. Goto this location: http://www.informationfreeway.org/
2. Note in the lower-right corner it displays the lat/lon for your mouse
3. Pan/zoom to the area you want to have the BBOX for
4. Put your mouse in the lower-left corner and write down the coordinates
5. Put your mouse on the upper-right corner and write down the coordinates
You now have you BBOX.
