[OSM-dev] SVN Commit Errors

Thanks Grant,

I have run both tests and there are no proxies.

I have setup latest Eclipse and Subclipse from scratch and can successfully access and commit to a non-OSM repository. Trying to commit to the OSM repository and I do not even get asked for my password, I immediately get the "RA layer request failed" error.

I'm stumped.
