[OSM-dev] Editor ideas / default country outlining

In Merkaartor, you just have to activate one of the image background
providers, e.g. Mapnik, to have a full map in the background...
You can then move freely to wherever you want, CTRL+D <Enter> and you have
the OSM data of the current view...
