[OSM-dev] 0.6 API Status

I'm not going to be able to be at SOTM, but would be keen to attend any API
hack-a-thons as it will affect the C++ version of the API we're in the
process of coding. If you guys make a decision about a date, do let me know!
(I live in Oxford, so anywhere in the SE is largely accessible)
