[OSM-dev] 2nd OSM Hack Weekend

Hi Dev,

Here at SOTM we decided on having a second OSM hack weekend to move  
forward on the API 0.6 development started in the first hack weekend  
back in May. We thought it a good idea to have it coincide with the  
OSM 4th anniversary - two good reasons to be in London in the first  
weekend in August.
We're going to continue work on API 0.6, but I'd also really like to  
start working on a consolidation of a bug tracking platform - in order  
to provide a no-barrier way of contributing to OSM to a growing (end)  
user base.

to help out.

I hope to have 10-20 dedicated people in London in August :)

What we certainly need to do in advance is discuss the scope of the  
OpenStreetBug-'platform' effort for the weekend.
