Well, there is one thing now off your list.

Can you please update http://dev.openstreetmap.org/~tomh/vendor.zip as 
vendor/plugins/rspec_on_rails is no longer needed there? Low Priority, 
as it isn't referenced any more, thus the rspec gem dependency is no 
longer there.
