Dear GSOC mentors,
midterm evaluations are upcoming between July 7 and July 14. It's a short web survey. Find below a link to last years questions if you want to know what it's going to be like.
Dear GSOC students, please make sure your mentors you about this. If they are not available during that week, they can mail me their replies and I will type them in.

Hello everyone,

We'll begin accepting midterm evaluations on Monday, 7 July at ~ 19:00
UTC.  In the interim, please let us know now if your student has gone
absent without leave; we'd rather take care of those web app changes
now.  If you think you will not pass your student - e.g. insufficient
work has been done - then please let us know that s/he didn't pass via
the evaluation form; all we need to hear about now is students have
disappeared and you're dropping them.

And for those of you wondering what sort of questions to expect on the
survey, we'll be asking exactly what we did last year:

I'll update the documentation later this week with the correct year.

If you know that you will not be available between 7 - 14 July to
complete your student's evaluation, please make sure that your
organization administrator(s) have the answers to these questions, as
they can fill it out on your behalf if you are unable to do so.
Bribes in the form of beer may be required, but that's up to all of
you.
