[OSM-dev] Clickable POIs and simple POI 'wiki'

Before anyone mentions it I've discovered a bug which disallows you from 
adding new descriptions on the "wiki" pages for POIs (though you can edit 
existing descriptions). Will sort this out later (probably about 7pm UK 
time)
