[OSM-dev] Error with API request to local server

Okay, when I rerun a request with
# wget -S 
http://localhost:3000/api/0.5/map?bbox=10.08213,53.54758,10.09015,53.55278
I got the same error ("char out of range"). So I run the SQL-Statement 
by hand and got the result:

The 3rd entry has an german umlaut, so I think libxml has problems with 
reading/processing UTF-8 chars. What can I do? Obviously, you don't have 
these problems at openstreetmap.org...
