If we can come up with some names to distinguish between
* pgsql schema from osmosis
* pgsql schema from osm2pgsql
* pgsql schema from rails_port(*)

then that'll maybe save confusion down the line. If not names then
just clear references as to which one is which.

(*) New with API 0.6!! Option to run with PostgreSQL backend!! Almost
