[OSM-dev] [Tilesathome] Reorganize SVN?

Hi

Fairly soon now I'm going to be reorganizing some osmarender-related
things in SVN.

At the same time I'm copying tilesAtHome_unstable to stable, but I'll
write a separate mail on that.

After the discussion on the tilesAtHome list I decided not to move the
tilesAtHome directory.

I'm documenting the changes on
