[OSM-dev] planet-latest.osm.bz2 now redirects

Dev,

WARNING...

Downloading http://planet.openstreetmap.org/planet-latest.osm.bz2 now 
does an external HTTP redirect to the current planet.osm.bz2 file. This 
is to allow better mirroring.

Currently...
planet-latest.osm.bz2 -> planet-081022.osm.bz2

wget (likely others) then save as the destination redirect filename:
wget http://planet.openstreetmap.org/planet-latest.osm.bz2
now saves as planet-081022.osm.bz2 instead of planet-latest.osm.bz2

wget workaround is to specify the output filename as follows:
wget http://planet.openstreetmap.org/planet-latest.osm.bz2 -O 
planet-latest.osm.bz2
