[OSM-dev] OSM server installation - problems with create

Ok,
didn't know what problem I've initiated...
My request was to get a running server in a VMWare.
Just for testing own software and playing in a sandbox system.
I've installed an Ubuntu VMWare image... and now a Debian image.
Both shut down when I execute a create command.
Perhaps someone knows what to do to get a running server which
doesn't crash by running a create? Using another Ubuntu/Debian?
Another Debian Version?
I'm currently using
Linux version 2.6.18-6-686 (Debian 2.6.18.dfsg.1-22etch2) (dannf at debian.org) (gcc version 4.1.2 20061115 (prerelease) (Debian 4.1.1-21)) #1 SMP Mon Aug 18 08:42:39 UTC 2008
Probably there are more developers who profit by a sandbox system? Think a running OSM-server
in a VMWare image would be nice. Perhaps one can offer such a running image?
Regards,
Jo
