No, we're talking about the contents of an attribute (<member type="ThIs 
MaY bE AnY CaSe" />) - for XML this is pure CDATA. It is the same as 
saying: "Every application must understand latitude and longitude in 
scientific notation" - it has nothing to do with the XML structure.
