[OSM-dev] Postgres - installing gist?

When setting them up on dev, shaun pointed me to the last section of
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_Protocol_Version_0.6/postgres#Installing_Postgres
It appears to have a path there for Macs.
