I have a couple of suggestions I was thinking about submitting, like splitting city into city + capital-city so that things render properly, and including admin_level=4 to show at a higher res so state borders show properly in Australia + US + Canada etc, however I didn't know what the response to such changes was likely to be so I hadn't bothered to do it yet.
