[OSM-dev] Questions regarding postgresql classes in osmosis

The full osmosis distribution (ie. not the binary distribution) contains 
javadoc under the doc/api directory.
http://dev.openstreetmap.org/~bretth/osmosis-build/osmosis-0.31.2.zip

It may not be everything you're looking for, but it's guaranteed to be 
up to date.
