The small islands ARE islands, and there are lots and lots of them in here
Finland. Finland's maritime border is based mainly on islands that are
only few square meters, and are considered a coastline. Also the coastline
should not be simplified in high zooms, as that will lead to visual bugs
when there's something very near the coastline, eg. bridges, buildings and
piers.
