Just to say that that has now been comited and various minor bugs have
been fixed.  I'd suggest using the current version in SVN rather than
trying to apply the patch - in fact I'll delete the patch off the
webserver to make sure people don't try and use it!

There is now a bit of documentation on the new options in the readme
and information on how to update from the previous version to the new
version without loosing your cache files and the various changes to
the default paths.
