Potlatch currently writes a changeset tag along the lines of
"created_by=Potlatch 0.10g".

If someone wants this to become spong=Potlatch, yeswiblet=0.10g, or
whatever, fine. I'm very marginally against user-agent - to my mind, in
Potlatch's case, that's something like Safari 3.1 or Flash Player 10. But I
don't really care.
